Our graphic kits put us on the map, but EVO is the stealth evolution of the species. We took a decade of rider DNA, back-country testing, and raw exploration, and distilled it into an entirely clear, high-performance second skin for your gravel rig.

THE WET-INSTALL ADVANTAGE
Unlike our traditional kits that require heat, EVO is engineered for a soap-and-water application. It’s faster, more precise, and easier to get a factory finish at home.

A high-elasticity film that conforms more easily than conventional protectors to the most hard-to-reach areas of the frame, as well as the beefy tubes of E-Bikes and the sleek lines of Gravel bikes.

SELF-HEALING DNA
EVO is like a “smart skin” for your frame. Small scratches or surface marks disappear when exposed to ambient heat or warm water, as the film’s molecules return to their original state, eliminating these minor imperfections. This self-healing capability helps the surface maintain its appearance and finish for a much longer time.

DYEDBRO EVO INSTALLATION

Forget traditional frame tape that requires hair dryers and precision heating. The EVO series uses a full wet-install layout. Just mix the included soap sachet with water, spray down your clean frame, slide the film exactly where you want it, and squeegee it down with the scraper. It's the easiest way to get a bubble-free, factory-fresh finish in your own garage.

• Before installation, first thoroughly clean the bicycle frame using a mixture of 50% alcohol and 50% water (some paint finishes can be damaged by 100% alcohol)
• Mix the soap sachet included in the box with between 750 ml and 1 liter of water. Spray the solution onto the area of the frame where the piece will be installed, as well as onto the vinyl itself.
• Wet your fingers when handling the protector to avoid leaving fingerprints on the material.
• Place the piece in position. Initially, use only your fingers to adjust the vinyl. Once correctly positioned, continue pressing the vinyl into place with your fingers. Afterwards, you can gently use the scraper to remove the water trapped underneath.
• Finally, and only at the very end, you can apply a small amount of heat using a hair dryer or heat gun to help evaporate any remaining water. Important: do not apply excessive heat.
• After 24 hours, it is recommended to check the entire installation again. This material gradually evaporates the remaining water, and the final result improves especially after 48 hours.
• We recommend not riding the bicycle until at least 24 hours after installation.

PLEASE NOTE
Certain paint finishes, notably fluoro tones, can be prone to fading over time and areas covered by the frame protection may age differently to exposed paintwork.

We know there's nothing more exciting than your online order arriving on your doorstep as quickly as possible which is why we try our very best to process all orders on the day they are placed!

We focus on keeping our product prices as low as possible rather than building shipping costs into the price and then offering "free" shipping on everything. These fees are not about making money but simply recouping the shipping costs particularly for larger items.

NZ Islands Courier Charges:

If you order with us and live on a NZ Island like Waiheke and Great Barrier etc our customer care team will contact you immediately to discuss freight charges/options.

We focus on keeping our product prices as low as possible rather than building shipping costs into the price and then offering "free" shipping on everything. We therefore pay the courier fees ourselves however the fees to the Island communities have become so exorbitant we can't cover all of those costs and will discuss options.

Bulky Items:

Additional charges may also apply to bulky order that measure outside the normal courier package parameters. Our friendly customer care team will contact you right away if this is the case.

Processing Times:

All orders are processed during weekday business hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.) Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

While we try to have most products in our store and warehouse at all times if the product is not in stock we will order from our New Zealand-based suppliers. We will contact you to advise you of this and inform you of any delivery delays.

Track and trace:

We work with multiple couriers for delivery, including NZ Post NZ Couriers, and Post Haste. Once your package has left our building and been scanned on board by the courier you will receive an automated email from us with your track and trace details so you can follow its progress.

Please note: queries for missing/lost items must be completed within 14 days of despatch and queries for damaged items within 7 days of delivery. If you do not lodge a query with us within these time frames, we will be unable to make a claim with our courier.
