BOSCH - POWERTUBE BATTERIES
The PowerTubes 400, 500 and 625 are fully integrated into the bike frame and can be installed almost invisibly in a wide variety of bike frame types. Meeting the highest demands in terms of performance and aesthetics: Bosch PowerTubes have the power to drive any ride and thanks to their compact size and minimalist design, can be integrated with the eBike to ideal effect. There are two options for installing the battery: horizontal or vertical. The sophisticated technology of the lithium-ion batteries ensures carefree riding enjoyment, while a safety catch prevents the battery from falling out even on challenging terrain. Nevertheless, the batteries can be removed with ease.
The PowerTube 400:

Suitable for any ride style... The new PowerTube 400 takes city bike styling out on the road and, thanks to its compact size and minimalist design, can be seamlessly integrated into the e-Bike. Whether installed horizontally or vertically, the 2.86 kilogram (6.3 lbs.) lithium-ion battery offers sophisticated technology that can be integrated into the frame to ensure pure riding pleasure. A secure lock and additional safety catch prevent the battery from falling out, even on bumpy terrain - but it is still easy to remove.
The PowerTube 500:
Dimensions: 349 x 65 x 84mm
Up to any challenge... The PowerTube 500 enables Hybrid and Electric Mountain e-Bikes to go the distance. Thanks to its compact size and minimalist design, this battery can be seamlessly integrated into the eBike's frame and its sophisticated technology ensures pure riding pleasure. A secure lock and additional safety catch prevent the battery from falling out even on bumpy terrain - but it is still easy to remove.
The PowerTube 625:
Dimensions: 416 x 65 x 84mm (67mm longer than 400 & 500)
Ready for any adventure... The new PowerTube 625 lets you enjoy long rides and gnarly climbs while still reserving plenty of power for the next adventure. Thanks to a rated capacity of 16.7 Ah and approx. 625 Wh of power, the lithium-ion battery brings maximum ranges and altitudes within reach. The PowerTube 625 is well secured to prevent it from falling out of its housing, even on very bumpy terrain - but it is still easy to remove. The battery is fully charged in approx. 4.9 hours using the 4 A Standard Charger, while it takes just 2.1 hours to charge it to 50%.

We know there's nothing more exciting than your online order arriving on your doorstep as quickly as possible which is why we try our very best to process all orders on the day they are placed!

We focus on keeping our product prices as low as possible rather than building shipping costs into the price and then offering "free" shipping on everything. These fees are not about making money but simply recouping the shipping costs particularly for larger items.

NZ Islands Courier Charges:

If you order with us and live on a NZ Island like Waiheke and Great Barrier etc our customer care team will contact you immediately to discuss freight charges/options.

We focus on keeping our product prices as low as possible rather than building shipping costs into the price and then offering "free" shipping on everything. We therefore pay the courier fees ourselves however the fees to the Island communities have become so exorbitant we can't cover all of those costs and will discuss options.

Bulky Items:

Additional charges may also apply to bulky order that measure outside the normal courier package parameters. Our friendly customer care team will contact you right away if this is the case.

Processing Times:

All orders are processed during weekday business hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.) Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

While we try to have most products in our store and warehouse at all times if the product is not in stock we will order from our New Zealand-based suppliers. We will contact you to advise you of this and inform you of any delivery delays.

Track and trace:

We work with NZ Post for delivery. Once your package has left our building and been scanned on board by the courier you will receive an automated email from us with your track and trace details so you can follow its progress.

Please note: queries for missing/lost items must be completed within 14 days of despatch and queries for damaged items within 7 days of delivery. If you do not lodge a query with us within these time frames, we will be unable to make a claim with our courier.
