ENDURO ZERO CERAMIC HYBRID BEARINGS
Using Grade 3 Ceramic balls, Magnetite finished triple cryogenically treated chromuim steel races and dual lip non contact seals these are as close to zero friction as ceramic hybrids get.

The balls are made from pure Silicon Nitride with extreme high density from uniform compaction (3.25 g/cm3). The micro-structural development of this material during manufacture is second to none. These high precision Grade 3, SI3N4 pure ceramic balls are 3/1,000,000 from exactly round in sphericity. They are 60% lighter in weight, and 7 times harder than steel. Friction is reduced to near zero.
ZERDiam. series bearings feature our rust proof "MAGNETITE" finish. This is not a coating, but an actual change in the chromium steel surface that is more resistant to corrosion than 440 stainless steel.
These races start with vacuum de-gassed alloy hardened to Rockwell C-64. These high precision races are cryogenically treated not once, but three times during the final "super polishing" phase. Cryogenic treatment means taking the races down to minus 300 Fahrenheit to nomalize the crystalline structure of the material so that the races will resist the hardness of the ceramic balls and get the maximum wear potential. This critical treatment to the races is left out by many manufacturers, but not by Enduro.
To compliment this the retainers are nylon with Graphite and are virtually frictionless and the seals are "VV" non-contact labyrinth type, with 2 sealing lips.

We focus on keeping our product prices as low as possible rather than building shipping costs into the price and then offering "free" shipping on everything. These fees are not about making money but simply recouping the shipping costs particularly for larger items.

NZ Islands Courier Charges:

If you order with us and live on a NZ Island like Waiheke and Great Barrier etc our customer care team will contact you immediately to discuss freight charges/options.

We therefore pay the courier fees ourselves however the fees to the Island communities have become so exorbitant we can't cover all of those costs and will discuss options.

Bulky Items:

Additional charges may also apply to bulky order that measure outside the normal courier package parameters. Our friendly customer care team will contact you right away if this is the case.

Processing Times:

All orders are processed during weekday business hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.) Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

While we try to have most products in our store and warehouse at all times if the product is not in stock we will order from our New Zealand-based suppliers. We will contact you to advise you of this and inform you of any delivery delays.

Track and trace:

We work with NZ Post for delivery. Once your package has left our building and been scanned on board by the courier you will receive an automated email from us with your track and trace details so you can follow its progress.

Please note: queries for missing/lost items must be completed within 14 days of despatch and queries for damaged items within 7 days of delivery. If you do not lodge a query with us within these time frames, we will be unable to make a claim with our courier.
